Saronic Headquarters, Shipyards and Facility Locations

Saronic’s published footprint includes Austin, Texas, shipyards in Louisiana and Texas, a San Diego facility, a New Orleans office announcement and Gulfport testing activity. A February 2025 SEC filing lists 400 Industrial Blvd., Austin, TX 78745 as its business and mailing address. That dated filing is not, by itself, a current visitor-address confirmation.
Verified October 7, 2026. Twenty evidence records: nine dated facility records, six historical or unresolved references and five partnership-context records. Records and announcements are not a count of unique operating offices.
Saronic’s Austin address: keep the filing date
The February 25, 2025 Form D supplies the Austin business and mailing address. Other published company-location references identify Austin as headquarters at the city level.
An old filing should retain its date. It does not establish current visitor arrangements or the appropriate receiving address for every type of correspondence. Unrefreshed hiring and profile references remain labeled as snapshots in the workbook.
Port Alpha is now under construction
The Port of Brownsville announcement confirms that Port Alpha broke ground on September 30, 2026. The site is therefore described here as a shipyard under construction.
Groundbreaking establishes construction start. It does not establish that the yard is already operating, producing ships or complete. The project announcement and the groundbreaking refer to the same location.

Franklin, New Orleans, San Diego and Gulfport
The Gulf Craft acquisition and subsequent expansion refer to the Franklin, Louisiana shipyard. The December 2025 expansion announcement describes a $300 million investment, construction beginning in November 2025 and forecasts for completion and operations. Those forecasts remain plans unless a later source confirms delivery.
The other records distinguish a downtown New Orleans engineering-office announcement, the San Diego facility and a Gulfport on-water testing and commissioning site. A testing site is not a general corporate office.

Why the download keeps unresolved and partnership records separate
Twenty source-linked records do not mean twenty facilities. Some are duplicate evidence for one site, some are historical profiles, and five describe partnerships or customer relationships without establishing a Saronic-owned or leased office.
The original evidence remains traceable in separate worksheets. Unverified floor-area and capacity references are labeled accordingly and excluded from the article’s current facility claims.

Twenty evidence records: nine dated facility records, six historical or unresolved references and five partnership-context records. Records and announcements are not a count of unique operating offices. Every row retains its source URL. The original records are accounted for, with historical and unresolved evidence explicitly labeled rather than silently promoted to current facts.
