Who can become an affiliate?
The program is open to individuals, creators, agencies, and businesses with relevant audiences. We reserve the right to review accounts and remove participants engaged in spam, misleading promotion, or policy violations.
How attribution and tracking work?
After registration, each affiliate receives a default referral link. You can also create custom links with personalized suffixes in your dashboard. Conversions are attributed to the last valid referral link clicked before signup.
How long the referral link remains valid?
Your affiliate referral link does not expire. It can be shared and used indefinitely. Attribution is applied when a user registers through your link based on the latest valid tracking interaction.
What purchases are eligible for commission?
Commissions apply to qualified subscription payments, renewals, credit purchases, and plan upgrades completed by referred users. The first paid order earns 30%. Subsequent eligible purchases generate 20% commission for up to 6 months from the user's first payment.
When and how payouts are processed?
Payouts are issued monthly once your confirmed balance reaches at least $50. Payments are processed by the 15th of the following month after commissions are validated and cleared of refunds or disputes.
What happens if a customer refunds or disputes a payment?
If a referred transaction is refunded, reversed, or disputed, the related commission will be cancelled or deducted from future payouts. Only successfully completed and retained payments qualify for commission.
Are paid ads or promotions allowed?
Paid promotion is allowed provided that ads do not impersonate BrowserAct, misuse brand assets, or create misleading claims. Affiliates are responsible for compliance with advertising platform policies and local regulations.
Where commissions come from?
Commissions are funded directly from completed payments made by your referred customers. Earnings reflect actual collected revenue rather than projected or pending transactions.
For how long commissions are earned?
You earn 30% on the first paid order and 20% on eligible purchases made by that customer for 6 months from their initial payment date, unless otherwise specified in a custom partner agreement.
