Founder and outside-company roles

The September 2026 Oscar Health announcement identifies Joshua Kushner as Thrive’s founder and CEO. His Oscar co-founder and vice-chair role belongs to a separate company and should remain a separate record.

Exor’s governance biography identifies Nitin Nohria as Thrive’s Executive Chairman. The portrait below comes from that official biography. It is a portrait of one verified executive, not a picture of the whole Thrive team.

Stripe and Helion: portfolio financing versus firm fundraising

The February 2026 Stripe update names Thrive among tender-offer participants. The reviewed source does not disclose Thrive’s individual investment amount.

Helion’s Series G announcement names Thrive as lead. The round was initially announced at $465 million in June and updated to a $500 million final close in September 2026. These are stages of the same Helion round: do not add them, call them Thrive fund sizes or assign the whole amount to Thrive’s check.

Oscar’s share distribution was not a cash financing round

Oscar’s September 18 announcement says certain Thrive-affiliated or advised funds distributed approximately 6.3 million Class A shares to limited partners. It expressly describes an in-kind distribution, rather than a sale by Thrive or Joshua Kushner.

The download separates this share event from portfolio financing. Thrive’s firm description says it builds and invests in internet, software and technology-enabled businesses; this guide does not establish current assets under management or a complete fund history.
