EliseAI Partnerships: Brivo, Engrain, Zillow, DOOR and OpenAI

EliseAI Partnerships: Brivo, Engrain, Zillow, DOOR and OpenAI
Introduction

EliseAI’s published partnerships cover rental-property access, mapping, leasing and healthcare voice workflows. This guide reviews five relationships—Brivo, Engrain, Zillow Rentals, DOOR and OpenAI—and explains what each announcement establishes. It also addresses what the public sources do and do not say about partnership leadership.

Verified October 7, 2026. Five selected partnerships, three dated people-and-role records, three company-reported outcome metrics and one public partnership contact route. This is not a complete partner or executive list.

Detail

EliseAI partnership and integration directory

The company announcements describe different types of relationships. An access-control integration is different from a joint case study or an early design partnership. None of these records should be treated as evidence of a financing round.

PartnerRelationshipPublished scope
BrivoAccess-control integrationCommon-area access and Smart Home unit-lock access for verified prospects during scheduled tours.
EngrainProperty-mapping integrationInteractive mapping, real-time unit availability, turn-by-turn wayfinding and SMS support.

DOOR (formerly Latch)Smart-access integrationOpen DOOR integrates timed tour access and resident-authorized maintenance access with EliseAI workflows.
OpenAIEarly design partnershipEliseAI says it has worked with OpenAI as an early design partner on healthcare voice experiences.

Brivo, Engrain and DOOR support different tour functions

The Brivo announcement describes common-area and unit-lock access for verified prospects on scheduled tours. The Engrain webinar covers mapping, unit availability, wayfinding and SMS support. The DOOR announcement adds timed tour access and resident-authorized maintenance access at supported properties.

These descriptions do not establish that every property supports every integration. Availability depends on the products and access systems named in each announcement.

What the Zillow case study reports

The EliseAI and Zillow Rentals announcement reports that the comparison group using AI Assist was 43% more likely to apply, 19% more likely to book a tour and 24% more likely to sign a lease. These are reported relative differences, not percentage-point increases.

The source footnote describes leads from October 1, 2025 through March 19, 2026, with event data updated through April. It compares relevant mutual customer buildings without instant touring enabled. The reviewed source does not establish a randomized causal effect, and this guide does not independently validate the outcome estimates.

Who leads partnerships at EliseAI?

A June 26, 2025 webinar biography identifies Ian Weng as Senior Vice President, Strategy, with responsibilities including product strategy, client strategy, business development and partnerships. That is dated role evidence; it does not establish a current 2026 “Head of Partnerships” title.

The September 2026 DOOR announcement identifies Minna Song as EliseAI’s co-founder and CEO. Ryan Salmons, also quoted there, is DOOR’s Chief Product and Technology Officer and should not be added to EliseAI’s leadership roster.

OpenAI and the published partnership contact

The September 2026 company article says EliseAI has worked with OpenAI as an early design partner on healthcare voice experiences. This guide records that stated relationship without repeating uncorroborated model benchmarks or assuming a commercial release date.

For partnership inquiries, the DOOR announcement publishes partnerships@eliseai.com. It is a company role inbox, not evidence of a named current team owner. The downloadable file includes the source so the contact route can be rechecked before use.
