Workflow Steps:
Before You Begin
Determine the categories and number of recipes to extract.
This example extracts all recipes from the first two categories of the Vitamix recipe library. After applying this template, you can change the number of categories to extract.
1.Visit Page
Enter the target URL to navigate to Vitamix recipes:
Note: This template is designed to extract recipes from the Vitamix platform only. Do not modify the link.
2.Add Loop List Node (For Category Cards)
- List Region Description: "Recipe category card grid area in the middle of the page"
- Load More: Unchecked
- Max Focused Loop Items: 2 (based on typical category count on page)
- Note: If you want to get all recipes, just adjust the number of focused items according to the actual page.

3.Add Extract Data (Category Information)
- Data Fields:
- Extract from the focused recipe category card Item: category name, category link.

4.Add Click Element
- Current recipe category card item in the grid

5. Add Loop Node
- Loop Stop Condition: The current page has no data to collect and cannot be turned, so the loop is terminated immediately and the task is continued.
- Note: This note is only used when the number of category recipes to be extracted is greater than the list quantity "12".

6.Add Loop List Node
- List Region Description: The recipe list in the middle section of the page"
- Load More: Unchecked
- Max Focused Loop Items: 15 (based on recipes displayed per page)
- Note: Verify the actual number of recipes per page and adjust accordingly to ensure complete data extraction.

7.Add Click Element
- Click the recipe title in the current focused item
8.Add Extract Data (Recipe Details)
- Data Fields: Extract the following fields from the recipe detail page: Recipe Name, Yield, Total Time , Print , Difficulty, Save To, Ingredients , Directions.Use 'N/A' for any missing fields.

9.Add Pagination
- Select "Next page" button to navigate through multiple pages of recipes in each category

10.Output Data:
Choose from multiple format options to suit your needs:
- JSON - Perfect for recipe apps, APIs, and preserving complex data structures (ingredients, instructions arrays)
- CSV - Ideal for Excel, Google Sheets, nutrition analysis tools, and recipe databases
- XML - Great for legacy food service systems and enterprise recipe management platforms
