This workflow acts as a smart, 24/7 personal assistant for your Telegram chats. It functions by:

1. Scheduled Monitoring: Triggers every 15 minutes to fetch the latest chat history using BrowserAct.
2. AI Analysis: A Google Gemini Agent reviews the conversation to determine if a reply is actually necessary (filtering out idle chat).
3. Drafting: The AI drafts a personalized response, including the user's name and a standard footer.
4. Delivery & Verification: BrowserAct sends the message and the workflow loops to confirm successful delivery, handling any CAPTCHAs along the way.
