Dribbble Elite Designer Smart Filter - Talent Finder

Brief

🎯 Core Function: Automated Precision Talent Discovery

This workflow radically transforms traditional talent sourcing by automating the identification and data collection of elite designers on Dribbble. By accurately simulating human browsing behavior, it extracts critical professional details, significantly reducing the time required for recruiters and hiring managers to scout talent.

Part 1: BrowserAct Workflow Description

This core module drives the intelligent web navigation and data extraction, executed in the following precise steps:

Dynamic Parameter Initialization: The workflow begins by receiving three essential search parameters: Skill, Location, and Budget. These inputs are used to instantly generate a custom Dribbble search URL, ensuring the initial results are highly filtered.

Crucial Profile Navigation: The automation visits the custom search link and loops through the returned designer list. A critical explicit step is included: for each result, the agent is instructed to click the designer's name to ensure it navigates to their main User Profile Page, avoiding the common error of mistakenly clicking a portfolio "Shot."

Targeted Data Extraction: Once on the correct profile, the Agent navigates specifically to the "About" tab. BrowserAct then extracts all relevant professional details, including the designer's bio, skills list, and potential contact information.

Part 2: Automation Integration with Make.com

This workflow is designed for seamless integration with platforms like Make.com (formerly Integromat) to create an end-to-end talent pipeline:

Intelligent Input: Make.com monitors user requests (e.g., via a Telegram trigger). An initial AI layer confirms hiring intent and extracts the precise Skill, Location, and Budget variables, which are then passed directly to the BrowserAct workflow to initiate the targeted scraping.

Structured Output: Upon completion, BrowserAct returns all collected designer data as clean, structured JSON. Make.com then takes this data for further processing, such as logging the results into a Google Sheet or immediately sending a formatted summary report back to the user via Telegram.

✨ Applicable Scenarios (Use Cases)

This automated workflow is ideal for scenarios requiring rapid, targeted talent acquisition or market intelligence:

Recruitment and Hiring: Instantly generate a highly qualified list of candidates matching specific criteria (e.g., "Senior UI/UX Designer, NYC, $150/hr max") for current job openings.

Freelancer & Project Scouting: Identify and vet independent designers for short-term projects based on required skills and stated budget constraints, ensuring a fast turnaround for project initiation.

Competitive Talent Mapping: Analyze the talent pool working for competitors or in specific geographic markets (e.g., finding all high-level brand identity specialists in Europe).

Lead Generation for Agencies: Quickly gather contact information and skills data on designers for targeted outreach by creative agencies.
